The RawHeal Mac app

RawHeal processes photos locally on your Mac. The app does not create user accounts, include advertising or analytics, contact a remote service, or transmit photos, camera metadata, camera profiles, or usage information.

Files and local storage

RawHeal accesses the photos and folders you select through the macOS file picker. It reads calibration and source DNG files, saves camera profiles in its local Application Support storage, and writes repaired copies and CSV processing logs to your output folder. Original photos are opened read-only.

Camera profiles and processing logs remain on your Mac until you delete them. They are not uploaded by RawHeal. Removing the app alone may leave its local profiles behind.

App Store purchases

Apple processes purchases through the Mac App Store under Apple's privacy policy. RawHeal does not receive or store your payment-card information.

This website

This website does not include advertising, analytics scripts, account registration, or contact forms. Its hosting provider may process normal request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to serve the website. Web fonts may be requested from Google Fonts, which receives the request information needed to deliver them.

Email support

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request. Please avoid sending sensitive information or original photos unless they are needed and requested for diagnosis. To ask about deletion of support correspondence, contact the address below.

Direct-edition licensing

The direct edition stores a signed license and trial-export usage in macOS Keychain. Verification is local, and resetting preferences does not reset usage. To issue your serial number, our license server receives your checkout email, order identifier and payment status from Stripe. Do not email card details. The hosted checkout is operated by Stripe/Link under its own privacy policy; the RawHeal app does not store card information.

The app reads the Mac platform UUID locally and computes a RawHeal-specific RHDEV1 digest. When you activate or deactivate, the app sends only your RawHeal serial number and this digest to our license server (license.pixseam.com, hosted on Cloudflare); the raw UUID never leaves your Mac. We keep the serial, order identifier, checkout email, device digests and activation dates to enforce the two-Mac limit and to help with support. The digest is an identifier, not a promise of anonymity. No photos are needed for activation.
